About Kiddie Palace
We opened our doors in September 2013, and we have been looking after Randpark Ridge's children ever since.
Why we started
We found from personal experience that there was a need in the community for a school that would partner with parents — flexible, convenient hours, hands-on learning in a nurturing environment, and a solid curriculum that stimulates and grows your child's capabilities. We believe, and have proven, that we can provide this service effectively and affordably.
Our staff
Our staff are hand-picked and carefully screened. We are very selective about who works with our children, because our staff are the cornerstone of the loving, nurturing and fun environment we foster here. Every class has one teacher and one teaching assistant, so no child is ever lost in the crowd.
How we teach
We are registered with the Department of Education, under EMIS number E68239065, and we follow the early childhood development curriculum closely. We do not deviate from those guidelines, so that when your child moves on to Grade 1 they have the best possible foundation.
Our lessons are built around themes. We work each theme into as many stimulating activities as we can, so that information is absorbed in a way that is tangible and fun rather than drilled.
Talking to you
We have an open-door policy with our parents. We are always available and ready to engage. We run four terms a year, with parent-teacher meetings at the end of each term and four written reports and assessments annually — so you always know exactly how your child is doing.
